Delivery driver was absolutely awesome, and installation team were quick, efficient and friendly! Mostly great dealings with the office team too except an unfortunate ambiguity over a late surprise price change. Overall very happy indeed with the doors themselves and the internal blinds are top class!

Since 5 years passed of our Folding Sliding Doors being installed, this is a real and honest feedback for this company. First of all, it’s a great product. Next, we are extremely happy with their customer service team, esp. Nathan. They respond very quickly once requested. They also put extra care and time every time when servicing our patio doors (which happens on a regular basis). Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Purchased my two sets of bi-fold doors about 12 years ago they have been great ever since just had our third service call and as always the guys were great, replaced all the rubbers, handles etc, last time we had a couple of additions as they had moved on this time was the same we got all the improvements they had made to the sets they are fitting today, great job by two great guys, a credit to FSDC Global, once again we have two new looking sets of doors, Many thanks.

Ordering was very easy with assistance and advice provided where required. Delivery was easy, with the doors taken to the rear of the property. The fitter arrived, explained what he was going to do then got on with it. Everything was covered up and any mess was swept away at the end. All rubbish was neatly bagged. The whole experience was excellent and the doors with integral blinds look superb. Really pleased

From start to finish the customer service has been excellent, the quote and order form is easy enough to complete. The guys (Luke & Bobby) worked very hard despite a delay from a previous site and travelling time. They cleaned up as they went along and left all the waste material packed and ready for the tip. The doors themselves are very good and have really added a great feature to our property letting much more light with the added bonus of opening up the entire opening in good weather connecting the house to the outdoors seamlessly.

Superb experience from the initial enquiry through to the final fit. The building work was held up by poor weather and other difficulties and it was about two years from enquiry to fitting. During that time the company kept in regular contact with me and gave advice and suggestions about how we could make minor changes to the build and their product to give an outcome that fits seamlessly with the fabric (eg RAL colour and threshold detail) of the building and enhances the final appearance. Great Doors - Top Quality - My Builder (Reliable Bldrs - Manchester) recommended I order my door from this company in mid-May during Covid lockdown - he would fit it socially distanced. I read the mixed reviews and was very unsure but i trusted him. 

I rang and ordered and asked to the doors as quickly as possible - we agreed the next Friday a week away was doable. I didn’t hear anything back until Tuesday and was concerned but a lady rang and confirmed Friday and that it would be around 9 - 10am. The doors arrived bang on time and my builder installed them. They are stunning, great quality, and have that really well-built feel to them - they feel solid. The sliding mechanism is fab (its on a floating runner so any debris falls below it - its great) so I just wanted to give these guys a good review. Fast service and I'm very happy.

The folding sliding door company fitted bi-fold triple glazed glass edge windows to my kitchen extension four years ago, in which I was very pleased with the quality.

About four months ago I noticed the glass misting up in two out of three panes! I informed Folding sliding door company about problem and sent photos! They responded with in 24 hours and a week later agreed to change glazing units.

Today the fitters turned up and replaced all three glazing units not just two! I was over the moon with the customer service and response from this company and highly recommend them!
