Ordering was very easy with assistance and advice provided where required. Delivery was easy, with the doors taken to the rear of the property. The fitter arrived, explained what he was going to do then got on with it. Everything was covered up and any mess was swept away at the end. All rubbish was neatly bagged. The whole experience was excellent and the doors with integral blinds look superb. Really pleased

From start to finish the customer service has been excellent, the quote and order form is easy enough to complete. The guys (Luke & Bobby) worked very hard despite a delay from a previous site and travelling time. They cleaned up as they went along and left all the waste material packed and ready for the tip. The doors themselves are very good and have really added a great feature to our property letting much more light with the added bonus of opening up the entire opening in good weather connecting the house to the outdoors seamlessly.

Superb experience from the initial enquiry through to the final fit. The building work was held up by poor weather and other difficulties and it was about two years from enquiry to fitting. During that time the company kept in regular contact with me and gave advice and suggestions about how we could make minor changes to the build and their product to give an outcome that fits seamlessly with the fabric (eg RAL colour and threshold detail) of the building and enhances the final appearance. Great Doors - Top Quality - My Builder (Reliable Bldrs - Manchester) recommended I order my door from this company in mid-May during Covid lockdown - he would fit it socially distanced. I read the mixed reviews and was very unsure but i trusted him. 

I rang and ordered and asked to the doors as quickly as possible - we agreed the next Friday a week away was doable. I didn’t hear anything back until Tuesday and was concerned but a lady rang and confirmed Friday and that it would be around 9 - 10am. The doors arrived bang on time and my builder installed them. They are stunning, great quality, and have that really well-built feel to them - they feel solid. The sliding mechanism is fab (its on a floating runner so any debris falls below it - its great) so I just wanted to give these guys a good review. Fast service and I'm very happy.

About four months ago I noticed the glass misting up in two out of three panes! I informed Folding sliding door company about problem and sent photos! They responded with in 24 hours and a week later agreed to change glazing units.

Today the fitters turned up and replaced all three glazing units not just two! I was over the moon with the customer service and response from this company and highly recommend them!

Their customer service was superb, their installers were expert in every way. My doors are like new.

I just finished installation of our door unit. Very pleased with product, delivery, and the help from your office when I had questions. If you follow their directions and make opening plumb and level the unit installs pretty easily. They recommend two men but we found three made job much easier. these were heavy panels and why take a chance to damage something or more importantly to get hurt moving units around.

We were missing a few grub screws or as we call them in the colonies, set screws. they responded immediately and came a few days later. Read the manual, be careful with opening and particular with your level and the installation goes pretty well.

We chose to to recess the lower track in an existing concrete slab, bit labor intensive but well worth setting in the floor. We would purchase these products again from these folks and appreciate their help with questions we had.

We had our doors fitted over 10 years ago - just when folding sliding doors started get popular. This year, I decided that they needed a bit of loving care and so I asked FSD if they offered such a service.

The answer was yes - they do provide a care and maintenance service - and after a couple of calls to a very friendly and helpful office and some pictures emailed in to make sure they brought the right stuff, their engineer arrived as planned and the doors are better than new!

I am extremely happy with the doors and the aftercare service I have experienced and would happily recommend FSD to friends and family. Great job.
