Excellent product and services

I have used The Folding Sliding Door Company for about 6 years and have nothing but positive things to say about their sales, customer service and install teams. I had 1 slight issue a few years ago which was accidental and I understood these things happen but even with that being said they still went above and beyond to make sure the issue was sorted quick. I've worked in this industry for years now and have tried so many companies out there but I just wouldn't go anywhere else anymore. My customers are always chuffed with the results and the products. I would highly recommend this company.

Did a perfectly good job and fixed a small snag on doors previously bought from them a few years ago for free - very good.

On 31/05/22 I emailed FSDC to explain the opening door in our inward opening bifolds had dropped slightly. Later the same day FSDC emailed to explain that they would be in touch to arrange an engineer visit. On 08/06/22 two engineers (Kev & Alan) visited and make slight adjustments to rectify the issue. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and keen to resolve the issues.

This is our second purchase from FSDC and we are very happy with the product and with the service we have received so far.

First of all, it's a great product. Since 5 years passed of our FSD doors being installed, this is a real and honest feedback for this company.

Next, we are extremely happy with their customer service team, esp. Nathan. They respond very quickly once requested. They also put extra care and time every time when servicing our patio doors (which happens on a regular basis). Highly recommended. 5 stars.

From start to finish the customer service has been excellent, the quote and order form is easy enough to complete. The guys (Luke & Bobby) worked very hard despite a delay from a previous site and travelling time. They cleaned up as they went along and left all the waste material packed and ready for the tip. The doors themselves are very good and have really added a great feature to our property letting much more light with the added bonus of opening up the entire opening in good weather connecting the house to the outdoors seamlessly.

FSDC Global fitted bi-fold triple glazed glass edge windows to my kitchen extension four years ago, in which I was very pleased with the quality.

About four months ago I noticed the glass misting up in two out of three panes! I informed FSDC Global about problem and sent photos! They responded with in 24 hours and a week later agreed to change glazing units.

Today the fitters turned up and replaced all three glazing units not just two! I was over the moon with the customer service and response from this company and highly recommend.
