am writing to give you some feedback on the 2 -
Panel folding sliding door which I recently
purchased for my house.
I
am writing to say that I am very happy with the
service recently provided by the Folding Sliding
Door Company. My door was delivered on time and was
well protected for transit. The door & track was
made from very good quality components and it seems
to work very easily. Installation (by my joiner) was
also relatively straight forward and was made easy
by your helpful telephone "technical advice"
helpline. Lastly, despite my initial reservations
regarding buying goods over the internet, I am
pleased to say that my Folding Sliding Door
experience worked out well. The product exceeded my
expectations, was problem free and represents good
value for money. I will therefore be happy to
recommend your company to others....

With reference to our brief conversation at
the NEC it would be true to say that I am a
little unhappy with the way the doors are
operating at present. I had assumed after
the trouble you had already taken that you
would not want further hassle but when we
saw your stand we went to have a look at the
current range, then, when in conversation
with one of the girls my companion
expressed our negative opinion; the rest
just followed. Most companies would say that
they had fulfilled their responsibilities so
it is nice to know that there is still some
honour around the commercial world.

was my first bi-fold door and I was a little afraid

Hi Kim,
After much debate over the jigsaw puzzle
that is folding sliding door installation for the
1st time, we now have them fully installed and
operational. All in 2 days. If you need any more
installers I'm your man!
The standard of the workmanship was exceptional: the
only issue was the rubber seals on 4 of the beadings
that seal the glass were mounted on the wrong side.
These were easily removed and re-sited.
There were spare nylon hinge inserts which came in
handy when a couple bounced away out of sight, and
even a spare hinge pin which we used as a drift when
we assembled the hinges incorrectly, which happened
more than once!
Our only loss was a couple of grub screws which we
never did find so if you could send us 2 small and 2
large grub screws in the post that would be great.
Overall we
were very impressed. I was a little concerned about
filling in a form and getting exactly what we wanted
but it worked. Top marks to you from us.

The building company who did my extension is now
fully converted to folding sliding doors and

Just a quick note to thank you
both very much for the successful installation of
our sliding folding doors. Your installers knew
exactly what they were doing and when things were
not quite as expected they worked with out builder
to help come up with an alternative solution.
The doors look great and we are looking forward to
enjoying many summers to come with the doors open to
the deck in the garden.
