Our products are manufactured with pride and care, but on the extremely rare occasion that a problem arises we ensure that it is rectified with as little inconvenience and hassle to the Customer as possible.

If we both measured and fitted your door then the warranty covers all parts and labour on the door, including call out and unit / part replacement.

The only exception to the unlimited guarantee promise is general wear and tear of the unit where damage has been caused or the door has been incorrectly used abused and not maintained over a period of time.

At The Folding Sliding Door Company, we stand 100% behind our product and we understand the risk our customers feel they are taking when they buy a product they have not seen or felt yet, even though they may have seen them in the showroom. That’s why we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason our customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery and Installation Costs, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

• In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must contact us within 14 days of taking delivery of our product and request a refund under these terms and conditions. The customer must comply with the directions of The Folding Sliding Door Company staff in order to facilitate a refund.
• Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer’s Order.
• The 14 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of our product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
• Returned products must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and in re-saleable condition.
• The Folding Sliding Door Company organises freight for the return products, the customer will be charged the same amount as the Delivery Cost listed in their Order to cover the cost of returning the products. Where items were ordered under "Free Shipping" promotions, the return delivery charge will be equal to the current delivery rates.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned products, The Folding Sliding Door Company will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement. The Folding Sliding Door Company accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
• Installed goods are deemed as accepted under these terms and the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply.
• The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to trade customers.
• The Folding Sliding Door Company reserves the right to make changes to these 14 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.
