This 70mm system is constructed from the hardest form of aluminium that is extruded to a fine smooth finish to enable good powder coating finish and hand picked hardwood to ensure quality of timber. Also, because the way the system is constructed the door will have a nice warm feel of timber on the inside and the protection of powder coated aluminium on the outside. The section sizes are 70mm deep by 60mm wide.

The system has "Sold Secure" tested 2 point and 5 point locking with hardened steel shoot bolts, dead lock and hook locks, unlike other manufactures systems that offer plastic bolt locking.

For added security and strength the bi-fold sections as shown have a tongue and groove configuration.

All weather seal are interlocking a give high water and wind resistance.

Option 5: The bespoke powder coated & painted fully assembled doors are delivered to the customer with aluminium & hardwood panels made to the customers size fully stained or painted and powder coated to the customers required RAL or BS colour, the outer frame, running tracks and running gear. Black discrete hinges, gold, silver, white or black handles, high security locking, gaskets and seals, low e coated double glazed units are factory fitted and ready to install.
