Option 1: Do It Yourself

With  "Do it yourself " and "Self build" being so popular in the last few years, we have made this option available with our self assembly or self install door sets. As folding sliding doors are quite new to this market place, we found that there are very few companies giving you this option and they would prefer to install all the door sets that they sell. Maybe their door sets are too complicated to be be fit by others or maybe they see installation as another form of revenue.

Here at The Folding Sliding Door Company we understand that some people gain great satisfaction in accomplishing a task like this by themselves or maybe they have their own joiner that can fit the door for them. In any event, if you are looking at one of these options, all of our door sets come with photo by photo easy to understand instructions and if you get stuck, just give us a call and one of our technical assistants will be more that willing to instruct you.

Installation instructions

For some people "Do it yourself" is not their cup of tea or they would rather the door set was fitted by somebody who knows best, each man to his own trade etc..

We can arrange for your installation to be undertaken by FSDI. All of their teams have had experience in fitting 100's of folding sliding doors and are equipped  to professionally complete the installation to the quality and high standards that you would expect first time.
