This 68mm system is constructed from hand picked hardwood to ensure quality of timber. All hinges, handles and running gear are aluminium alloy. The double glazed units are low e coated. The section sizes are 68mm deep by 68mm wide.

The system has "Sold Secure" tested 2 point and 5 point locking with hardened steel shoot bolts, dead lock and hook locks, unlike other manufactures systems that offer plastic bolt locking.

For added security and strength the bi-fold sections as shown have a tongue and groove configuration.

All weather seal are interlocking a give high water and wind resistance.

The doors are available in two hardwood timber types. These species have been chosen for their durability, reliability and treated life span. The two timbers come from sustainable forests controlled by the WWF and FSC.

Option 2: The bespoke unpainted self assembly kits are delivered to the customer with hardwood panels made to the customers size ready for staining or painting, the outer frame, running tracks, running gear, sill, hinges, gold, silver, white or black handles, factory fitted high security locking, gaskets and seals, low e coated double glazed units and full assembly and fitting instructions.

Option 3: The basic painted self assembly kits are delivered to the customer with hardwood panels made to standard sizes fully stained or painted, the outer frame, running tracks, running gear, sill, hinges, gold, silver, white or black handles, factory fitted high security locking, gaskets and seals, low e coated double glazed units and full assembly and fitting instructions.

Option 4: The bespoke painted self assembly kits are delivered to the customer with hardwood panels made to the customers size fully stained or painted, the outer frame, running tracks, running gear, sill, hinges, gold, silver, white or black handles, factory fitted high security locking, gaskets and seals, low e coated double glazed units and full assembly and fitting instructions.

Option 5: The bespoke painted fully assembled doors are delivered to the customer with hardwood panels made to the customers size fully stained or painted, the outer frame, running tracks, running gear and sill. All hinges, gold, silver, white or black handles, high security locking, gaskets and seals, low e coated double glazed units are factory fitted and ready to install.
