Absolutely great service from this company. We bought a set of aluminium bifold doors from this company for our new extension which was completed earlier this year. The doors themselves are really good quality and look fantastic in the new room. When they arrived we noticed that there were a few scratches on some of the glass panes in the doors which initially I was pretty worried about since we still had other tradesmen on site and I thought I would end up arguing about how the damage had happened. However what actually happened was that the company replaced the panes very quickly and efficiently, without any issues or queries whatsoever. Honestly I can say that after the fantastic service that I received from them I would not even bother getting a different quote if I needed another set of doors. I've already recommended them to one friend and would do the same for anyone who asked me.

Very easy to deal with. We visited the factory in Bradford. Well set up and could see all of the options. Kept us informed at all stages with regard to manufacture and installation.

Folding Sliding Doors has been an excellent company to buy from. They responded very quickly to my enquiry and were helpful all the way through the process. “That's what I call service!” We ordered some bifold doors before Xmas and simply cannot fault the quality of the product, the delivery and installation process and the follow up service (the Fensa registration certificate arrived within a couple of weeks). However, what makes this company so special is the amazing people who work there. From start to finish the service was second to none: the lady in the sales team (you know who you are!) was hugely knowledgeable and (almost literally!) held my hand through the whole process - no question was too silly, no enquiry was left unanswered and I had complete faith in everything going to plan. At the other end of the process, there was the lovely lad (gentleman if you're not from Yorkshire, which he is!) who did such a splendid job of fitting the doors...with joy, jollity, expertise and a little pzazz thrown in for good measure. Everyone did their utmost to take as much stress out of the process as possible and we are very grateful to them all. Super company, super product but most of all super staff! No hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for well-made, competitively priced doors and is depending on excellent service to match!
