Custom frame finishes & coatings
Whether for domestic or commercial use, all of our quality frame finishes and coatings are durable, hard wearing and will enhance your chosen product.
Depending on what material you choose will dictate which finish you can have. Whether your choice is timber, aluminum or aluminum and timber clad or glass, bi-fold doors, sliders, windows etc... we’ve got it covered (literally)!

Powder Coated
Available in any RAL color
Our most popular finish. All of our aluminum products are powder coated to a quality that far exceeds many competitors standards, which translates to our customers owning a product with an exceptional hardwearing and durable finish. Our powder coatings have a life expectancy of up to 25 years and are maintenance free. A simple wipe with a cloth will keep your doors, sliders and windows looking great for many years to come.
Marine grade (powder coating)
We also offer Marine-grade powder coated aluminum. Marine-grade powder coating provides a solid barrier to salt particles and prevents them from permeating the finish. This means the aluminum beneath is kept protected and is significantly less likely to fail over time. So this option is ideal protection for extreme weather areas, such as coastal locations.
To choose your color accurately and to get a more precise idea of what the color looks like, it is advised that you obtain a printed RAL color chart from your local paint store or pop into one of our showrooms.

Timber pre-treatment
All of our hardwood timber frames are initially dipped into an anti-rot, and anti-fungal treatment to protect the frames from both the harsh rays of the sun and water ingress.
They are then finished to your specification using either a natural stain or a RAL color of your choice, or if preferred we can provide the doors unfinished so you can paint or stain to your desired finish.

Translucent Wood Coatings
High quality, breathable, low-VOC paints
FSDC Global only use high quality, low-VOC paints with sustainability at their core, and which are natural breathable stains that will enhance your choice of woodgrain.
Our factory spray coatings are applied to the timber in three coats at 250 microns per coat, this is comparable with up to 15 coats of brush-applied paint. All our coatings are low maintenance and have a very long-life span, up to 10 years before requiring first maintenance.

Screen Printed
Silk screen printed glass from the reverse
As well as the choice of the actual glass units, which can be clear or tinted (anti-sun/turtle glass etc) we can also custom finish the flush glazed edging to any specific RAL color too.
This is achieved by silk screen printing the glass from underneath (which masks internal components) - and also resulting in a gloss/glassy color finish - pretty much like a state of the art touch screen mobile phone.
The benefit of this application is that it is fully protected behind the glass so is totally scratch resistant.

Foil Laminate
Add a foiled (laminated) woodgrain option
Our standard color for Vinyl products is white, but you can also add a foiled (laminated) woodgrain option. Available as either dual color or same color both sides - options are: golden oak/white, rosewood/white, golden oak/golden oak and rosewood/rosewood.
