Overview
The NT45 offers a lightweight solution and is ideal for use as an internal bi-fold door, room dividers, pool enclosures and garages as well as commercial and leisure applications (zoning areas etc).
The NT45 uses a non-thermally insulated profile so ordinarily it does not pass the strict building standards U-Value of 1.8 W/m2k which is required for an external door in the UK (for use in other non UK areas please check local building control legislation).
Although the slimline NT45 frame has a tighter stacking space and a lightweight feel compared to our standard products it doesn’t lose any of the benefits our standard frame offers.
Just as durable and strong and although used mainly for interior doors they are just as weather tight and secure.
The NT45 is custom made to your exacting requirements - meaning as a customer you get to specify; dimensions, product style, opening style, configuration, color, finish, hardware, thresholds, glass specification, glazing options, magnetic stops, ventilation and internal blinds.
A matching range of windows and doors are available to complement the NT45 bi-fold door.

Security
- Five point multi-locking to access door with ‘Secured by Design’ (SBD) security cylinders
- Three star diamond ABS TS007 euro cylinders (anti-snap, anti-pick, anti-bump, anti-drill)
- Encapsulated rollers/running gear within the track, preventing it from being attacked
- End panels and access doors are fitted with high security locking mechanisms
- Hardened steel hook locks and dead bolts

Threshold Options
We currently offer four threshold options for the NT45 bi-fold door, with all options available as either inward or outward opening. But for the many, the most popular option is our flush threshold that blends two rooms seamlessly, which is especially useful for those with children, elderly or wheel chair users.
This slimline inline out of sight track system (which runs both top and bottom) is strong, safe and secure with all rollers / moving parts concealed within the aluminum profile extrusion itself. The aluminum track is weather-rated and with the moving parts being encapsulated within the track, there is no danger of doors lifting or bouncing off.

- High performance seals/gaskets
- PVC Nitrile (synthetic rubber) gaskets, fitted as standard and used to seal the double glazed units into the panels and protect the door from water ingress
- PVC Nitrile seals between each panel (including top and bottom of the panel) to prevent water, wind and noise from entering the property
